All packages ship from Toronto within one or two business days of your order. Multiple shipping options are available, including standardized discounted BUDDY shipping rates for most regions.
All available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.
Free standard shipping will automatically apply to orders that reach a minimum of $125 CAD (Canada), $125 USD (United States), €125 (Europe), £125 (United Kingdom), $125 AUD (Australia).
Standard Shipping Timelines - delays can happen but here is a general guide, subject to carrier volume:
- Canada: 2-5 Business Days
- US: 3-7 Business Days
- UK: 5-9 Business Days
- Europe: 5-15 Business Days
- Australia: 14-17 Business Days
- Mexico: 6-21 Business Days
A note on import duties/tariffs:
- US Customers: Buddy is currently covering the cost of all US tariffs. We've slightly buffered the cost of shipping to help offset this charge.
- Non Canada/US Customers: All other duties/tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your local import fees before ordering.
