All orders ship from Toronto. Multiple shipping options are available, including standardized discounted BUDDY shipping rates for most regions.

All orders will be supplied with tracking information. Sometimes international packages can be held up due to local customs processes. We would love to control this, but we can't. Email us if you have any questions about your delivery (info@buddy-shop.com)

Free shipping will be automatically applied to your order with a minimum purchase of:

• $125 CAD$ in Canada
• $125 USD$ in United States
• $150 CAD$ for all other locations

You may be responsible to pay import duties/tariffs & taxes outside of Canada. Please consult your local regulations to help determine this.

A note to US customers: these tariffs are a killer! Buddy is covering the cost of tariffs on all US packages (for now). We've buffered our standard shipping rate to help offset so we can continue selling to US customers. If you spend $150 USD or more, we'll ship for free + cover the cost of tariffs.

All underwear sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes there are surprises with fit.
