All orders ship from Toronto. Multiple shipping options are available, including standardized discounted BUDDY shipping rates for Canada and USA. 

• Ontario/Quebec: $10 CAD$ (3-9 business days)
• Rest of Canada: $12 CAD$ (3-9 business days)
• United States: $10 USD$ (4-8 business days)
• International: see rates and timelines at checkout

All orders within Canada and the US will be supplied with tracking information.

International customers must choose to add tracking to their shipment at checkout. We strongly recommend adding tracking to your international shipment. Buddy is not responsible for lost packages that don't include shipment tracking.

Free shipping will be automatically applied to your order with a minimum purchase of:

• $100 CAD$ in Canada
• $100 USD$ in United States
• $150 CAD$ for all other locations

You may be responsible to pay import duties & taxes outside of Canada. Please consult your local regulations to help determine this.

All underwear sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes there are surprises with fit.
